\"building-automation\"<\/a>KNX Nederland en Stabu stellen een basisstructuur op voor bestekteksten voor woning- en gebouwautomatisering. Het initiatief is bedoeld om architecten, adviseurs en bestekschrijvers te helpen bij het opnemen van automatisering in hun bestekken. Leden van KNX Nederland en vertegenwoordigers van Stabu hebben hiervoor een werkgroep in het leven geroepen. Met de basisstructuur kunnen bestekschrijvers straks een duidelijke omschrijving van gebouwautomatisering opvragen. Door de standaard wordt het eenvoudig om aan te geven wat ze willen benoemen. Daarmee is het niet meer nodig om zelf omschrijvingen te verzinnen.<\/p>\n

Het probleem waar installateurs vaak tegenaan lopen is om in een late fase, idee\u00ebn voor gebouwautomatisering in een bestek te verwerken. De teksten liggen dan al vast. Ze krijgen regelmatig het verwijt dat ze niet tijdig genoeg hun voorstellen kenbaar hebben gemaakt. Dit terwijl ze op een eerder moment niet eens betrokken waren bij het project. Door al vroeg in het proces aandacht te schenken voor woning- of gebouwautomatisering, zal dat later veel tijd en geld besparen, zo is de gedachte achter dit initiatief.<\/p>\n
