Appartementencomplex De Harmonie in Rotterdam-Charlois wordt geteisterd door een misselijkmakende poepgeur. Bewoonster Annie strijdt al veertien jaar tegen de overlast in het gebouw, waarin zij direct na oplevering kwam wonen en dat nooit fris heeft geroken. Keer op keer heeft ze geklaagd bij wooncorporatie Woonstad. Zonder succes. Een kennis van haar was echter snel klaar met het lokaliseren van de oorzaak: de ventilatiebuizen voor elke woning -\u00e9\u00e9n voor uitstromende lucht en \u00e9\u00e9n voor instromende lucht &#8211; liggen te dicht bij elkaar. Er zou minimaal 6 meter tussen moeten zitten, maar het is maar 25 centimeter. Woonstad betreurt dat de tot nu toe genomen acties niet tot tevredenheid hebben geleid.
