Het is gericht op de rookgasafvoer voor de meest gebruikelijke gesloten cv-toestellen. Deze NPR is van belang voor installateurs, ontwerpers en inspecteurs van verbrandingstoestellen en rookgasafvoersystemen. In de nieuwe NPR wordt de keuze van materialen en constructies van enkelvoudige afvoersystemen vanaf de aansluitstomp van het toestel tot aan de uitmonding toegelicht. De inhoud van de oude NPR 3378-delen 42, 43 en 44 is nu voor type C-toestellen met ventilator opgenomen in deze richtlijn.<\/p>\n<p>Met deel 46 is er vanaf nu een goede relatie verkregen met o.a. CE-gemarkeerde RGA-systemen volgens de Bouwproductenverordening. De titel van deel 46 luidt: &#8216;Praktijkrichtlijn gasinstallaties \u2013 Sectie afvoersystemen \u2013 Deel 46: Verbrandingsluchttoevoer en enkelvoudige rookgasafvoer voor gasgestookte condenserende type C toestellen \u2013 Keuze van constructies en materialen \u2013 Leidraad bij NEN 2757-1 en NEN 8757&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Dit deel van de NPR geldt bij nieuwbouw en bij toestelvervanging, voor toestellen met een temperatuurklasse van ten hoogste T120.<\/p>\n<p>Afvoersystemen voor overige (open) toestellen worden behandeld in een nieuw deel 47 van de NPR 3378.
