Er blijken vier hoofdgroepen te zijn. In ons land springt de \u2018digitale installateur\u2019 er het meeste uit (37%). Deze koopt zijn producten bij voorkeur online, maakt veel gebruik van internet, sociale media en apps en verkiest digitale documenten boven gedrukte documentatie, zoals catalogi en brochures. Tot deze groep behoren veelal de gemiddelde tot grote bedrijven en jonge installateurs. De andere groepen die uit het onderzoek naar voren komen zijn de \u2018progressieve installateur\u2019, \u2018open geest prijsgerichte installateur\u2019 en \u2018conservatieve prijsgerichte installateur\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De progressieve installateur omarmt innovaties, probeert nieuwe dingen uit en adviseert klanten te kiezen voor energiezuinige oplossingen. Voor de open geest prijsgerichte installateur zijn de productprijs en hoge marges het belangrijkst. Hij ziet weinig kwaliteitsverschil tussen de verschillende merken, gebruikt verschillende inkoopkanalen en staat open voor nieuwe dingen die hij wil uitproberen. De conservatieve prijsgerichte installateur, ten slotte, richt zich vooral op de productprijs en hoge marges, ziet geen kwaliteitsverschil tussen verschillende merken, koopt traditioneel in en is niet erg ge\u00efnteresseerd in energie-effici\u00ebntie en innovatie.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dev.installatienet.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tabel.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7912 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/dev.installatienet.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/tabel-300x75.jpg\" alt=\"tabel\" width=\"300\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a>Kleine bedrijven en installateurs \u2018op leeftijd\u2019 zijn vaak conservatieve prijsgerichte installateurs. De progressieve installateurs en de conservatieve prijsgerichte installateurs zijn het meest merkentrouw.<\/p>\n<p>De digitale installateur domineert niet alleen in ons land maar ook in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Duitsland. De open geest prijs gerichte installateur komt het meest voor in Frankrijk, Belgi\u00eb en Polen. Duitsland heeft ook veel progressieve installateurs.
