Beide instanties willen zo meerwaarde bieden aan de sector. De BRL-en van KOMO worden zo snel mogelijk gelinkt aan de Stabu-specificatiesystematiek Bouwbreed. KOMO en Stabu hebben hun gecombineerde kracht nader vorm en inhoud gegeven middels een intentieverklaring.<br \/>\nNu minister Blok de WkB naar de Tweede Kamer heeft gestuurd en het wetsontwerp naar verwachting zal worden aangenomen, is een overgang naar particuliere in plaats van publieke kwaliteitsborging aanstaande. KOMO en Stabu verwachten daarbij een toonaangevende rol te spelen door bestek voorbereiders, architecten, bouwers en particuliere kwaliteitsborgers te faciliteren met een specificatiesystematiek en kwaliteitsborgings\u00adinstrumentarium dat op brede marktacceptatie kan rekenen.<\/p>\n<p>Om de samenwerking tussen Stabu en KOMO en de dienstverlening aan de markt in het nieuwe stelsel nader te concretiseren, is inmiddels een stuurgroep gestart. Deze stuurgroep zorgt ook voor een zorgvuldige afstemming met markt en gebruikerss. Naast KOMO en Stabu nemen daarin deel Bouwend Nederland, de vereniging Bond Nederlandse Bestekdeskundigen (BNB) en de vereniging Fabrikanten Bestek Service (FBS). Hiermee is een marktbrede coalitie ontstaan, met als missie ontzorging van bouwpartijen en de borging van bouwkwaliteit.<br \/>\nDe samenwerking zal in een aantal fase ten uitvoer worden gebracht: op korte termijn zal de KOMO catalogus d.m.v. het zogenaamde \u2018referentiebestek\u2019 worden gekoppeld aan Bouwbreed. In een tweede fase zal er intelligentie aan worden toegevoegd.
