Opvallend is de forse groei van 35% in de bouw en civiele sector. De groei in vacatures is zichtbaar binnen de gehele bouwketen; van opdrachtgevers en architecten tot en met\u00a0 bouwbedrijven en installateurs. Door de groei in het aantal vacatures is de aanwezige spanning op de arbeidsmarkt toegenomen. De vraag is hoger dan het aanbod, blijkt uit de arbeidsmarktanalyse van Yacht.\u00a0 De groei komt in het hele land voor, zowel in woningbouw als utiliteitsbouw. In de provincies Noord-Brabant, Noord-holland en Gelderland stijgt de vraag naar hoogopgeleide technici het meest. Namelijk met 45%, 44% en 43%. Het investeringsniveau in de genoemde provincies ligt dan ook hoog.<\/p>\n<p>De vraag naar hoogopgeleide bouw en civiele technici laat de laatste drie kwartalen een verschuiving in contractvormen zien. De sterke groei kenmerkt zich door een toenemende flexibilisering; de vraag naar vaste functies neemt af ten opzichte van een groeiende tijdelijke vraag. \u201cVaak neemt bij een herstellende economie de vraag naar vaste functies toe. Dit beperkt het snel kunnen inspelen op veranderingen in de markt. Opvallend is dat de bouw en civiele sector nog steeds kiest voor meer flexibiliteit\u201d, aldus Ard Kistemaker Directeur Yacht Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>De sterke groei in het aantal vacatures in de bouw en civiele sector biedt duidelijke carri\u00e8rekansen voor technici. Bedrijven in deze sector moeten dan ook meer aandacht aan hun aantrekkelijkheid besteden. \u201cDe sterke groei in vraag maakt dat technici in deze sector kiezen voor de meest aantrekkelijke werkgever.
