Een opvallend laag aantal, gezien het stijgende tekort aan technici de afgelopen jaren. Van alle technische vacatures wordt driekwart (75%) binnen een half jaar ingevuld. Bij slechts 8 procent duurt de invulling langer dan \u00e9\u00e9n jaar. Dit blijkt uit een onderzoek uitgevoerd door technisch opleider ROVC onder 1.231 respondenten die werkzaam zijn in de technische branche. Het hebben van werkervaring is geen harde eis als het gaat om het aantrekken van uitvoerende technici op MBO-niveau. Soft skills staan daarentegen wel hoog op het wensenlijstje. Zo wordt betrokkenheid (39%) genoemd als zwaarstwegende eigenschap. Motivatie volgt op de voet met 31 procent. Technische kennis is immers altijd bij te spijkeren. Het feit dat iemand graag voor je wil werken of passie heeft voor zijn vak is vele malen belangrijker. Dit straalt af op de uitstraling van het bedrijf. De kans dat de techneut binnen afzienbare tijd het bedrijf verlaat is daardoor kleiner. Dat is mooi meegenomen, want alle tijd die de HR-afdeling niet hoeft te besteden aan het invullen van twee vacatures per jaar, komt ten goede aan andere werkzaamheden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De eerste editie van de ROVC TechBarometer geeft inzicht in alle relevante trends voor de techniek.
