Hierdoor kunnen installateurs vanaf volgend jaar BIM-objecten toepassen in hun CAD-systemen en probleemloos data uitwisselen. Het projectteam presenteerde zich op 21 april op de BIM-praktijkdag in Utrecht. Het team dat de UOB\u00a0realiseert, bestaat uit Uneto-VNI, 2BA, Cadac, Itannex, Bimforce, Sysunite en Witas en krijgt ondersteuning van een aantal internationale IFC-specialisten.<\/p>\n<p>Bij de projectuitvoering is de installatiepraktijk nauw betrokken; BIM-managers van BAM, Engie, Heijmans, Kuijpers, TBI en ULC geven feedback op de tussenresultaten. Daarnaast testen\u00a0 fabrikanten en CAD-leveranciers de objectmodellen en datastructuren. De eerste resultaten van het project worden al in juni van dit jaar verwacht.<\/p>\n<p>In februari kondigde Uneto-VNI de start van het project voor een UOB\u00a0al aan tijdens een BIM-event dat plaatsvond tijdens de\u00a0 VSK-beurs. Hier tekenden Uneto-VNI, FME\/FEDET, Stichting Ketenstandaard Bouw en Installatie en 2BA een samenwerkingsovereenkomst.<\/p>\n<p>Met de UOB zet de installatiebranche de laatste stap naar probleemloze data-uitwisseling en volwaardig BIM&#8217;en. Dankzij dit initiatief neemt de productiviteit in de installatiesector toe, zo is de verwachting. Fabrikanten hoeven data voortaan maar \u00e9\u00e9n keer in te voeren en installateurs kunnen probleemloos BIM-modellen uitwisselen. De kans op fouten en vertraging in het bouwproces neemt drastisch af.
