Om iedereen die binnen deze bedrijven te maken heeft met het werven, begeleiden en behouden van jongeren daarbij te helpen, lanceerde TechniekTalent.nu op woensdag 9 september \u2018Radio TechKnow\u2019. Op <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotechknow.nu\">www.radiotechknow.nu<\/a> zijn podcasts te beluisteren over vijf actuele en relevante thema\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>In de podcasts vertellen jongeren zelf wat ze verwachten van een werkgever. Jongerenexperts geven tips &amp; tricks over hoe een bedrijf inspeelt op de wensen en behoeften van jonge medewerkers. En technische bedrijven vertellen over hun succesvolle aanpak van werving en begeleiding van jongeren. Radio TechKnow biedt praktische informatie over hoe een bedrijf een onweerstaanbare werkgever wordt voor jonge technici.<\/p>\n<p>Wat is de beste plek om jongeren te werven? En wat vertel je dan over je bedrijf? Hoe denken jongeren van nu eigenlijk over werk en over werken in de techniek? Hoe haal je het beste in je jonge medewerker naar boven? Wat kunnen jongeren van ouderen leren? En andersom? Hoe ga je om met de smartphone-verslaving van jonge medewerkers?
