De installatiesector verandert snel door nieuwe technologie\u00ebn, strengere regelgeving en verduurzamingsdoelstellingen. \u2018Slim installeren\u2019 betekent tegenwoordig meer dan technisch vakmanschap: het vraagt om een integrale aanpak waarbij disciplines als koelen, verwarmen, ventileren en elektrotechniek samenkomen. Digitalisering en veranderende eisen maken het noodzakelijk dat technici flexibel zijn en zich blijven ontwikkelen.
\nDe sector maakt ondertussen de beweging van losse componenten naar ge\u00efntegreerde totaaloplossingen, vaak prefab geassembleerd in de fabriek. Dit verkort de installatietijd en vermindert faalkosten, maar vraagt van monteurs wel nieuwe vaardigheden. Denk hierbij aan het kunnen lezen van digitale installatieschema\u2019s en het snel oplossen van onverwachte situaties.
\nRegelgeving, zoals de herziene Europese F-gassenverordening, stimuleert innovatie en de overstap naar alternatieve koudemiddelen, zoals propaan en CO2. De huidige F-gassendiploma\u2019s volstaan niet meer en vanuit de wetgeving wordt een nieuwe certificering vereist. Digitalisering zorgt ervoor dat installaties op afstand gemonitord en bijgestuurd kunnen worden, waardoor onderhoud voorspelbaarder wordt en klantvragen sneller beantwoord kunnen worden. Dit vraagt om digitale vaardigheden en aandacht voor cyberveiligheid.
\nDe sector kan dus een grote bijdrage leveren aan de energietransitie. Een goede samenwerking tussen fabrikanten, installateurs en beleidsmakers is daarin noodzakelijk. Tegelijkertijd heeft de sector dringend behoefte aan goed opgeleide technici om deze transitie te versnellen. Zowel jongeren als zij-instromers moeten ge\u00ebnthousiasmeerd worden voor het vak, maar ook behouden worden. Zij zijn d\u00e9 installateur van de toekomst die innovatie omarmt en bijdraagt aan een duurzame en veilige leefomgeving voor iedereen.<\/p>\n
