Kan dat niet effici\u00ebnter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als eigenaar van een cv-installatiebedrijf, weet Erik van Beusekom hoeveel tijd je al snel kwijt bent aan administratieve zaken. Daarom ontwikkelde hij samen met zijn zakelijke partners Mijnkantooropzak.nl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatiseren<\/strong><br \/>\nDit is een gebruiksvriendelijk platform, dat helpt om administratieve taken, zoals offertes, werkbonnen, klantbeheer, facturatie en abonnementen effici\u00ebnt te automatiseren, zodat je tijd bespaart en je kunt richten op je kerntaken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overzicht<\/strong><br \/>\nMijnkantooropzak.nl zit in feite tussen een ERP- en boekhoudkundig systeem in. Het is een oplossing voor een ZZP\u2019er of klein installatiebedrijf met 2 tot 20 werknemers. Van Beusekom: \u201cEen ERP-systeem is duur en komt met allerlei toeters en bellen, waar je niks aan hebt als kleine ondernemer. En een boekhoudkundig systeem laat je nog te veel werken met verschillende programma\u2019s voor je totale klantenbeheer, zodat je al snel het overzicht verliest en veel tijd kwijt bent met het voortdurend schakelen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customizen<\/strong><br \/>\nMet het product kan je offertes en werkbonnen maken op maat. Gaat de klant akkoord, dan wordt de offerte automatisch omgezet in een werkbon, die na afronding van de werkzaamheden automatisch wordt omgezet in een factuur. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om abonnementsfacturen en periodieke betalingen te automatiseren. Bovendien kan je klantdossiers beheren met notities, foto\u2019s en terugbelverzoeken. Je hebt voor daarnaast altijd inzicht in de volledige klantgeschiedenis. De app is overigens gekoppeld aan KIWA, waardoor je ook werkbonnen kunt genereren, die voldoen aan de CO-certificeringseisen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieuwe release<\/strong><br \/>\nHet werk wordt er in feite zo gemakkelijk op, vertelt Van Beusekom, \u201cdat je vanaf het strand op Cura\u00e7ao bij wijze van spreken via je telefoon een cv-ketel kunt verkopen.\u201d De SaaS-oplossing is al enige tijd beschikbaar en een significant aantal bedrijven werkt er inmiddels mee. Deze maand komt de nieuwe release op de markt. Die maakt onboarding makkelijker en bevat meer planningsmogelijkheden, de mogelijkheid om frequenter te factureren en eenvoudiger het abonnementenbestand te beheren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kosten<\/strong><br \/>\nZZP\u2019ers en kleine bedrijven kunnen via een licentiemodel gebruikmaken van de SaaS-oplossing. Er worden verschillende pakketten aangeboden, van 39 euro per maand voor de startende ondernemer tot 179 euro voor de wat grotere ondernemer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AI<\/strong><br \/>\nVan Beusekom: \u201cMet ons product houdt de installateur meer tijd over voor zijn echte werk. Tijd die broodnodig is, nu we met een schreeuwend gebrek aan vakmensen kampen. En dat probleem zal de komende jaren alleen maar verergeren, verwachten deskundigen. Mede daarom zal automatisering steeds belangrijker worden om de productiviteit op peil te houden. De volgende stap is een diepgaande integratie van AI in SaaS-oplossingen.
