Uiteraard begint het daar allemaal mee en dragen bijvoorbeeld warmtepompen of PVT-systemen aanzienlijk bij aan een milieuvriendelijke samenleving. Maar ook op het oog \u2018kleine ingrepen\u2019 maken een woning of gebouw een stuk duurzamer. Wat te denken van waterbesparende douchekoppen en kranen. Slimme technologie zorgt ervoor dat tot ruim de helft op watergebruik kan worden bespaard, zonder overigens aan comfort in te boeten.<br \/>\nMaar er is meer. Natte ruimten lijken paradijsjes voor technische innovaties die ons helpen zuiniger met watergebruik en warmwaterproductie om te gaan: recirculatiedouches, douche-WTW, mengkranen waaruit alleen koud water stroomt als de hendel op de middenpositie staat, het toepassen van een slim leidingverloop\u2026 Zelfs het installeren van kokendwaterkranen kunnen een bijdrage leveren.<br \/>\nOok op sanitairgebied komt de installatiebranche dus goed voor de dag als het gaat om verduurzaming. Zolang al die slimmigheidjes de gebruiker maar niet aansporen om het eigen duurzame gedrag te laten voor wat het is.
