De uitstroom in de installatiesector moet omlaag. Het werven van nieuwe vakmensen is essentieel, maar als we hen niet kunnen behouden blijven we met een tekort aan vakmensen zitten. Dat is een uitdaging die wij als Wij Techniek en ik met volle overtuiging willen aangaan.
\nDe vraag naar vakmensen is groot, maar de realiteit is dat een hoog percentage van de instromers de sector binnen enkele jaren alweer verlaat. Dat is niet alleen een verlies voor de bedrijven, maar ook voor de vakmensen zelf, die de kans op een stabiele en waardevolle loopbaan mislopen. Daarom moeten we anders gaan kijken naar instroom \u00e9n behoud.
\nHet behouden van vakmensen vraagt om een gezamenlijke inspanning. Werkgevers moeten investeren in modern werkgeverschap, een werkklimaat waarin mensen zich gewaardeerd en ondersteund voelen. Opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden moeten niet alleen beschikbaar zijn, maar ook aantrekkelijk en haalbaar worden gemaakt. Er is behoefte aan een cultuur waarin vakmensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen en waar ze zich thuis voelen, ongeacht hun achtergrond of ervaring.
\nWij Techniek werkt samen met werkgevers, vakbonden en opleidingsinstellingen om programma\u2019s te ontwikkelen die bijdragen aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Dat betekent niet alleen technische bijscholing, maar ook aandacht voor leiderschap, werkplezier en samenwerking op de werkvloer.
\nDe komende jaren wil ik stappen zetten om de uitstroom structureel te verminderen. Dat vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen en samenwerking. Ik geloof in een sector waarin vakmensen niet alleen instromen, maar ook langdurig bijdragen aan de techniek van morgen. Samen kunnen we het verschil maken. Wat heeft jouw organisatie nodig om vakmensen te behouden? Een lastige vraag die we niet altijd durven te stellen maar wel vraagt om een gesprek.<\/p>\n
