In de categorie gebouwde omgeving is - net als vorig jaar - het grootste bedrag ge\u00efnvesteerd: \u20ac1.671 miljoen. Deze investeringen zijn in 2022 significant gestegen met 43% en kan mede worden verklaard door de inhaalvraag in de bouw na de coronaperiode. Daarnaast spelen de gestegen bouwkosten als gevolg van hogere grondstofprijzen een rol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit blijkt uit het jaarverslag MIA\\Vamil dat de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) publiceert. Dit jaarverslag geeft een beeld van innovatieve milieuvriendelijke technieken en bedrijfsmiddelen waarin bedrijven in 2022 met fiscaal voordeel van de MIA\\Vamil hebben ge\u00efnvesteerd en hoeveel er is ge\u00efnvesteerd in verschillende branches. Via onder andere de fiscale regelingen Milieu-investeringsaftrek (MIA) en Willekeurige afschrijving milieu-investeringen (Vamil) maakt de overheid het investeren in vernieuwende milieuvriendelijke bedrijfsmiddelen extra aantrekkelijk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belastingvoordeel bijna verdubbeld<br \/>\n<\/strong>In totaal hebben in 2022 meer dan 11.000 ondernemers aanvragen ingediend. Er is in totaal over een investeringsbedrag van bijna \u20ac4 miljard MIA\\Vamil aangevraagd. Dit is een stijging van zo\u2019n 15 procent ten opzichte van een jaar eerder (2021: \u20ac3,5 miljard). Het totaalbedrag aan belastingvoordeel dat ondernemers naar verwachting via de MIA\\Vamil ontvangen, komt in 2022 uit op \u20ac229 miljoen euro, bijna een verdubbeling vergeleken met een jaar eerder. Dit netto fiscale voordeel was in 2022 \u20ac119 miljoen. Hierbij wordt het per 2022 verhoogde budget (\u20ac169 miljoen MIA) volledig benut en wordt daarnaast geput uit de opgebouwde meerjarige budgetreserve van de MIA. Daarbij is het MIA budget per 2023 verder verhoogd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Groei innovatieve duurzame investeringen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mogelijke verklaringen voor de groei zijn gestegen grondstofprijzen en de toegenomen belangstelling voor verduurzaming als gevolg van de hoge gasprijzen. Ook zijn de MIA-aftrekpercentages per 2022 verhoogd, waardoor er per investering meer fiscaal voordeel naar ondernemers gaat. Mogelijk heeft dit ondernemers extra gestimuleerd om van de regelingen gebruik te maken. De investeringsbedragen per melding zijn in 2022 fors hoger dan in voorgaande jaren.
