Dat doet zij door de divisie Centrotec Climate Systems over te nemen, waarvan onder andere ook Wolf en Brink <\/strong><strong>onderdeel uitmaken,. De overname past binnen de wereldwijde groeiambities van het bedrijf. Met de overname van Centrotec Climate Systems ontstaat een groep met meer dan 8.000 medewerkers, met een directe aanwezigheid in 43 landen en met activiteiten in 150 landen. De totale omzet bedraagt jaarlijks meer dan \u20ac2 miljard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voor de relaties van Ned Air heeft de overname g\u00e9\u00e9n gevolgen. Ned Air blijft zich focussen op luchtbehandelingssystemen, schoolventilatie, warmteterugwinunits en dakventilatoren. Directeur Wouter Wijma: \u201cVoor Ned Air brengt deze overname zuiver kansen met zich mee. Door de krachtenbundeling krijgen we toegang tot het wereldwijde distributienetwerk van Ariston.
