Aan welke eisen moeten zorginstellingen voldoen om het optimale binnenklimaat te bieden aan cli\u00ebnten en medewerkers? Via het programma Expertisecentrum Verduurzaming Zorg (EVZ) gaat TNO dit onderzoeken. Het project wordt inhoudelijk en financieel ondersteund door Binnenklimaat Nederland, TVVL en Woonzorg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Op dit moment zijn er geen richtlijnen voor binnenklimaat in de langdurige zorg. Dit kan best lastig zijn voor zorginstellingen en zorgvastgoed eigenaren, maar ook voor aannemers en installateurs bij verduurzaming, renovatie of nieuwbouw van huisvesting voor de langdurige zorg. Als tussen partijen niet duidelijk is wat er aan kwaliteit gewenst is, kan dit achteraf discussie geven. Het hebben van richtlijnen draagt bij om beter te kunnen sturen op het binnenklimaat en uiteindelijk ook tevreden cli\u00ebnten en medewerkers.<\/p>\n

Doel onderzoek<\/strong>
\nHet onderzoek richt zich op het binnenklimaat van ruimtes voor langdurige zorg. Het doel is om uiteindelijk een richtlijn op te stellen met betrekking tot onder andere temperatuur, luchtvochtigheid, hoeveelheid fijnstof en ventilatie. Dit kan gebruikt worden bij afspraken tussen opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer in bestekken, controles en\/of bij klachten.<\/p>\n

Leidraad opstellen<\/strong>
\nIn de eerste fase van het onderzoek voert TNO samen met de TU Delft, TU\/e en de Hogeschool Utrecht een literatuuronderzoek uit naar de bewijslast voor eisen aan het binnenklimaat in de langdurige zorg. Op basis van deze literatuurstudie wordt in de tweede fase een leidraad opgesteld op basis waarvan eisen aan het binnenklimaat in zorgvoorzieningen kunnen worden gesteld. Stakeholders worden hierbij betrokken via een klankbordgroep. Door deze aanpak zijn de gestelde eisen \u201cevidence based\u201d.<\/p>\n

Eerste resultaten<\/strong>
\nNaar verwachting zijn de eerste resultaten van de eerste fase van het onderzoek in de zomer bekend. Daarna volgt voor het einde van 2022 een leidraad, op basis waarvan Stichting Binnenklimaattechniek een Programma van Eisen (PvE) voor de doelgroep langdurige zorg op zal stellen. Dit PvE kan door partijen kosteloos worden gebuikt om daarmee invulling te geven aan de kwaliteit van het comfort.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
