Dat vraagt om geco\u00f6rdineerde actie\u201d, stelt Rob Mudde, lid van het KIVI-hoofdbestuur en Vice Rector Magnificus van de Technische Universiteit Delft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aanvalsplan<br \/>\n<\/strong>Eerder deze maand werd er in een motie in de Tweede Kamer al opgeroepen tot een analyse van de effectiviteit van huidige initiatieven om het personeelstekort in de technieksector op te lossen. Dit onderzoek zou moeten dienen als basis voor een aanvalsplan waarmee een nieuw kabinet snel de tekorten in de technische sector structureel kan oplossen. \u201cHet is goed dat de politiek nu ook tot dit inzicht is gekomen, want zonder voldoende technisch personeel kunnen we de dringende maatschappelijke opgaven van deze tijd niet het hoofd bieden. Dat is een probleem van de hele samenleving\u201d, aldus Mudde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-32706-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-32706-0-1-0\" class=\"so-panel
