Maar warmte in huis willen we liever niet. Die blijft lang hangen in huis, waardoor het lastig is om het nog koel te krijgen. De warmst gemeten temperatuur in huis in de zomer is gemiddeld 29,1 graden. Vanaf 25 graden is het niet meer draaglijk vindt 77% van de bewoners. Maar wat doen ze eraan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit blijkt uit onderzoek van Jaga Climate Designers. Het bedrijf vroeg ruim 500 woningeigenaren hoe ze de temperatuur in huis ervaren in de zomer. De woningeigenaren vonden het bijna allemaal te warm in huis afgelopen zomer, maar hoe zijn we die hitte tegengegaan? We bedenken allerlei oplossingen om de warmte zoveel mogelijk buiten te houden. Iets meer dan de helft doet de gordijnen dicht, 51% zet een ventilator neer en 40% doet de ramen open. Er zijn ook behoorlijk wat mensen die een airco hebben aangeschaft (16%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oververhitting in woningen<br \/>\n<\/strong>E\u00e9n derde van de woningeigenaren kent echter de term \u2018oververhitting\u2019 niet, die de laatste tijd veel wordt gebruikt. Bij vragen hiernaar liepen de antwoorden uiteen van \u2018de oververhitting op de woningmarkt\u2019, \u2018te warm in huis\u2019 tot \u2018dat de woning slecht ge\u00efsoleerd is\u2019. We verstaan onder oververhitting dat het in huis lange tijd te warm is en het lastig koel te krijgen is, waardoor je minder goed gaat functioneren. Voor veel mensen is 24 graden de comfortgrens. Als het warmer is, kan dat gezondheidsrisico\u2019s vormen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behoefte aan koeling<br \/>\n<\/strong>Van de ondervraagden geeft meer dan de helft aan dat ze het fijn vindt als ze de woning actief kan koelen. De toenemende behoefte aan koeling komt onder andere doordat huizen beter ge\u00efsoleerd zijn. In de winter gaat er geen warmte verloren, maar in de zomer komt er geen frisse lucht binnen. Als een woning eenmaal warm is, is het lastig de temperatuur omlaag te brengen. Bovendien zijn we de luxe van koelen in de auto of in een hotel gewend en willen dit comfort ook in huis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milieuvriendelijke warmtepompen<br \/>\n<\/strong>We kiezen tegenwoordig steeds vaker voor een milieuvriendelijke warmtepomp om onze woningen te verwarmen.
