Zij was bij de inbeslagnemingen aanwezig (zie foto\u2019s) en herkent schendingen van de eigendomsrechten meteen. \u201cDoor onze jarenlange aanwezigheid op beurzen geven wij een duidelijk signaal af. Wij zijn ons er echter ook van bewust, dat dit slechts het topje van de ijsberg is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intensieve zoektocht<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2019s Werelds grootste ontmoetingsplaats voor de sanitair- en badkamerbranche, de ISH, is voor Hansgrohe iedere twee jaar de plek om intensief te zoeken naar plagiaten. Tijdens een gezamenlijke rondgang met de douane, ontdekt de badkamer- en sanitairspecialist uit het Zwarte Woud steeds weer diverse productvervalsingen. Vetter: \u201cVervalsingen die niet op een beurs getoond worden, kunnen wij alleen door middel van wereldwijde marktmonitoring vinden. Om succesvol te zijn in het verdedigen van onze eigendomsrechten, moeten wij dit bewustzijn in alle lagen van de onderneming aanscherpen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cJustitie aan onze kant\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eigendomsrechten zijn duur: Hansgrohe SE investeert hier jaarlijks zeker twee tot drie miljoen euro in. 97 procent van de plagiaten komt uit China. Zodra er een schending aan het licht komt, grijpt justitie in. Carmen Vetter: \u201cHet aantal van 100 procent is duidelijk afgenomen. Op de Aziatische markt zijn ze inmiddels goed bekend met de eigendomsrechten van Hansgrohe. Dat heeft als gevolg dat de vervalsers steeds vindingrijker worden om de designs uit het Zwarte Woud bedrieglijk goed te imiteren, zonder de eigendomsrechten echt te kwetsen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Genadeloos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hansgrohe SE is genadeloos als het gaat om de vervolging van voor de hand liggende plagiaten. Carmen Vetter: \u201cWie kopieert, wordt vervolgd! Tijdens de ISH laten we dan tentoongestelde producten in beslag nemen. Dat schrikt al velen af. Als vervalste douches of kranen in grote aantallen aangetroffen worden, dan worden deze tijdens publiekstoegankelijke evenementen vernietigd in de shredder.
