Woningcorporatie Talis en Dura Vermeer hebben in Nijmegen de primeur bij de vervanging van in totaal 220 sociale huurwoningen in de aardgasvrije wijk Jerusalem. Voor dit project is een all-in-one skid ontwikkeld waarin alle installatiecomponenten plug &amp; play zijn voorgemonteerd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dura Vermeer past het\u00a0 sloop-\/nieuwbouw product \u2018Blokje Om\u2019 toe; een beproefd houtbouwproduct waarbij telkens een woonblok tot aan de bestaande fundering wordt gesloopt en binnen twintig werkdagen wordt teruggebouwd. In aansluiting daarop ontwikkelde Nefit Bosch in samenspraak met Dura Vermeer en Installatiebedrijf De Leeuw uit Boven-Leeuwen een klantspecifieke all-in-one skid. Een complete prefab installatieruimte die bij Nefit Bosch in Deventer op maat wordt geconstrueerd. Daarin worden alle installatiecomponenten geplaatst en ingeregeld, al het leidingwerk wordt voorgemonteerd. Na levering wordt de skid in de woning gehesen voor het dak erop gaat, waarna aansluiten een kwestie is van plug &amp; play.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complete installatie-units<br \/>\n<\/strong>De skid voor het Nijmeegse project meet 1,20 x 1,30 meter en bevat een 300 liter Nefit zonneboiler, een pv-omvormer, een Bosch Tronic Heat 3500 elektrische cv-ketel, een Bosch Tronic TR5000 doorstroomtoestel en een WTW-unit van collega-fabrikant Zehnder. Enkele van de units zijn uitgevoerd als hybride installatie en voorzien van een gasketel. Op het dak van elke woning worden twee Nefit SolarLine zonnecollectoren geplaatst. \u2018Het zonneboilersysteem voorziet de woning het grootste deel van het jaar van zowel warmte als warm tapwater\u2019, legt accountmanager business development Arjan van Eldik van Nefit Bosch uit. \u2018Het doorstroomtoestel zorgt voor naverwarming van de zonneboiler, de elektrische cv-ketel springt alleen waar nodig bij. Andere varianten zijn ook mogelijk. We kunnen naar wens ook een all-electric warmtepompoplossing of een hybride combinatie van een warmtepomp en een hr-ketel in de all-in-one skid plaatsen.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rol installateur blijft onveranderd<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wat Nefit Bosch betreft blijft de installateur ook bij de \u2018Fit to Fit\u2019 prefab oplossingen zijn vertrouwde rol in de keten vervullen. Maar omdat installerend Nederland kampt met een tekort aan gekwalificeerd technisch personeel kan de installateur ook volledig worden ontzorgd. Nefit Bosch levert dan als onderaannemer de skids direct op de bouwplaats aan, waar de installateur ze alleen nog hoeft aan te sluiten. Hierdoor zijn er op de (bouw)locatie minder mensen nodig.
