Naast de voor de hand liggende effecten (ketentekort, online bestelgedrag en veranderingen in ori\u00ebntatiegedrag) zijn er gevolgen voor de opleidingsbehoeften van installateurs; in het bijzonder de manier waarop training wordt geconsumeerd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>USP Marketing Consultancy onderzocht deze verandering en publiceerde dit beeld in haar nieuwe kwartaalrapport: de \u2018European Mechanical Installation Monitor\u2019. Een van de uitkomsten is het feit dat de overgrote meerderheid van de Europese installateurs meer online trainingen heeft gevolgd. Dit komt zowel door de noodzaak als de toegenomen beschikbaarheid van online trainingen. In Duitsland volgden zelfs 9 van de 10 installateurs meer online trainingen dan voor de coronacrisis. En 60% verwacht in de toekomst nog meer online trainingen te volgen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar er is ook een tegenbeweging, aangezien de overgrote meerderheid van de installateurs nog steeds de voorkeur geeft aan persoonlijke training. In Duitsland geeft slechts 10% van de installateurs de voorkeur aan online training boven face-to-face training, in de andere landen is dit zelfs nog lager.
