Breeam-NL In-Use Woningen is de lokale variant van het internationale Breeam In-Use Residential, waarmee deze volledig toepasbaar is op de Nederlandse woonvoorraad. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dankzij de holistische benadering van Breeam-NL wordt er verder gekeken dan alleen naar energiebesparing. Het beperken van het waterverbruik of een gezonde en comfortabele woning en aandacht voor materiaalstromen zijn eveneens belangrijke onderwerpen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asset en Beheer<br \/>\n<\/strong>Breeam-NL In-Use Woningen is toepasbaar voor grondgebonden woningen en appartementencomplexen. Het is mogelijk om Deel 1 Asset en Deel 2 Beheer te certificeren. Naast de gebouwcomponenten kan dus ook het beheer van de woningen op duurzaamheid getoetst worden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieuwe categorie\u00ebn<br \/>\n<\/strong>In de nieuwe beoordelingsrichtlijn zijn twee nieuwe categorie\u00ebn ge\u00efntroduceerd, in de vorm van \u2018Materiaalstromen\u2019 en \u2018Bestendigheid\u2019. \u2018Materiaalstromen\u2019 stimuleert het behoedzaam en verantwoord gebruik van materialen, wat bijdraagt aan de transitie naar een circulaire economie. \u2018Bestendigheid\u2019 stimuleert het inzichtelijk maken van risico\u2019s, zoals klimaat-gerelateerde risico\u2019s, maar ook het beheren en minimaliseren van deze risico\u2019s en de daaruit voortvloeiende impact. Hierdoor kunnen woongebouwen ook beter worden bewapend tegen bijvoorbeeld de gevolgen van klimaatverandering (zoals droogte, overstromingen en hittestress).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Integraal aan de slag<br \/>\n<\/strong>Thomas Heye, Senior Projectmanager bij Dutch Green Building Council: \"Er ligt een omvangrijke verduurzamingsopgave van 7,5 miljoen bestaande woningen.
