In het Tilburgse natuurgebied Drijflanen staat een duurzaam prefab huis met PVT-panelen als bron voor een warmtepomp. Het is genomineerd als duurzaamste huis van Nederland. De woning is volledig zelfvoorzienend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De boshut is een duurzame energiecentrale met een combinatie van gewone PV-zonnepanelen en thermische PVT-panelen op het dak. De PVT-panelen zijn aan de bovenkant een gewoon zonnepaneel die zonlicht omzetten in elektriciteit. De achterkant is een thermische wisselaar. Ze zijn de stille bron voor de water\/water-warmtepomp. Samen zorgen ze voor zowel verwarming als warm water.<\/p>\n

Harmonieus
\n<\/strong>Het duurzame huis is van architect Joris Verhoeven. Hij ontwierp zijn compacte, geprefabriceerde houten boshut op zo\u2019n manier dat de woning harmonieus opgaat in de omgeving. De ruwe zwarte gevels vallen nauwelijks op naast de omringende boomstammen en de strategisch geplaatste ramen bieden het hele jaar door uitzichten op het steeds veranderende landschap.<\/p>\n

Duurzaam geprefabriceerd
\n<\/strong>De zwarte houten woning van Joris is duurzaam geprefabriceerd uit houten wanden, gevuld met vlasisolatie. De binnenkant is gemaakt van berkenmultiplex. Het ontwerp, waarbij de ruwbouw ook de afwerking is, levert grote voordelen als het gaat om bouwduur en bouwkosten. Na het storten van de funderingsvloer werd het huis in slechts drie dagen geplaatst.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
