Dat stelt de Industriecoalitie, een samenwerkingsverband van techniekbranches die om mensen zit te springen. De coalitie wil met de overheid afspraken maken over regelingen die w\u00e9l effectief zijn doordat ze goed aansluiten op de wensen van het bedrijfsleven.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Door corona is het thema \u2018van werk naar werk\u2019 actueler dan ooit. Waar mensen in de ene sector hun baan kwijtraken, is de bouw- en technieksector juist op zoek naar tienduizenden nieuwe werknemers. De behoefte aan technische vakmensen wordt de komende jaren alleen maar groter. Dit is het gevolg van onder meer de grote vraag naar nieuwe woningen, de energietransitie en verregaande digitalisering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omscholingstrajecten komen niet van de grond<br \/>\n<\/strong>Volgens de Industriecoalitie \u2013 Techniek Nederland, FME, Bouwend Nederland en Koninklijke Metaalunie \u2013 komen omscholingstrajecten naar de bouw en techniek nu onvoldoende van de grond. Volgens Doekle Terpstra van de Industriecoalitie komt dat onder meer door de ondoorzichtigheid van de regelingen en de beperkende voorwaarden die het kabinet stelt. \u201cEen voorbeeld is de eis om omscholingstrajecten binnen een half jaar af te ronden. Dit is praktisch niet haalbaar. Je wordt geen lasser of machineoperateur van de ene op de andere dag.\u201d De Industriecoalitie vindt ook dat de overheid met extra geld over de brug moet komen om omscholing van nieuwe medewerkers te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technische sectoren willen in gesprek over een oplossing<br \/>\n<\/strong>De Industriecoalitie ziet veel mogelijkheden om werknemers uit krimpsectoren om te scholen. Daarvoor is het belangrijk dat de ondersteuning van de overheid aansluit op de bestaande opleidingsinfrastructuur in de branches. Doekle Terpstra: \u201cWe kunnen werknemers die als gevolg van de coronacrisis hun baan dreigen kwijt te raken een nieuwe baan en nieuw perspectief bieden.
