Deze versie helpt de wetgeving toe te passen waaronder het Bouwbesluit 2012 (versie juli 2019), de Wet Kwaliteitsborging, de eisen voor BENG en de (nog te publiceren) ontwerp NEN 1087.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De aangepaste versie geeft nieuwe inzichten met betrekking tot binnenluchtkwaliteit, comfort en energiezuinigheid. Ook bevat dit naslagwerk aanvullende kwaliteitseisen voor ventilatie in slaapkamers, badkamers en kookafzuiging. Daarnaast zijn er nieuwe technieken toegevoegd en verouderde technieken verwijderd. Deze versie is gepubliceerd in de ISSO-KennisBank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Het toepassen van de nieuwe BENG-eisen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Voor nieuwbouwwoningen en gerenoveerde woningen moet het energiegebruik zo laag mogelijk zijn en het risico op tochtklachten worden vermeden. Een adequaat ventilatiesysteem zorgt voor de juiste balans tussen energieprestatie en luchtkwaliteit. Door de nieuwe BENG-eisen is het in de praktijk lastig om deze balans te waarborgen. Kleintje Ventilatie geeft richtlijnen voor het toepassen van de eisen in de praktijk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voorzorgmaatregel bij tegengaan van coronavirus<br \/>\n<\/strong>Goede ventilatie in gebouwen is ook een belangrijk aandachtspunt in relatie tot het verspreiden van het coronavirus.
