\"\"<\/a>Essent en zijn lokale dochterbedrijven hebben Wooneffect ontwikkeld. Dit initiatief helpt woningcorporaties stap voor stap met het verduurzamen van hun woningvoorraad. In het Energieakkoord is afgesproken dat huizen van woningcorporaties dit jaar gemiddeld energielabel B moeten hebben. Doel is dat uiterlijk in 2050 de ruim twee miljoen woningen van woningcorporaties CO2-neutraal zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Via Wooneffect helpen Essent en de dochterbedrijven de grote verduurzamingsopgave van corporaties inzichtelijk en concreter te maken. Zij bieden isolatieoplossingen, mechanische ventilatie, verwarmingsoplossingen, service & onderhoud, zonne-energie toepassingen en slimme oplossingen als energiemonitoring en apparaat-inzicht. Wooneffect wordt ingepast in de voor woningcorporaties vertrouwde werkprocessen en op logische momenten, zoals een verhuizing.<\/p>\n

Expertise in huis
\n<\/strong>Essent en de dochterbedrijven laten weten alle expertise in huis te hebben om de woningvoorraad van corporaties te kunnen verduurzamen. Van advies en uitvoering tot onderhoud. Aangezien verduurzamen van woningen voor de bewoners een impactvolle gebeurtenis kan zijn, biedt Essent binnen Wooneffect ook ondersteuning bij bewonersbegeleiding aan.<\/p>\n

Inzicht en advies
\n<\/strong>Op dit moment test Essent bij een aantal projecten de Wooneffect energiemonitoringstool. Door het monitoren van energiestromen en installaties krijgen woningcorporaties inzicht in het functioneren van warmtepompen en kunnen zij bewoners adviseren over hun energiegebruik. Daarnaast krijgen woningcorporaties inzicht in de CO2-uitstoot van hun complexen.<\/p>\n

Ervaring in heel het land
\n<\/strong>Alma Krug, verantwoordelijk voor Wooneffect bij Essent: \"Inmiddels hebben we met woningcorporaties uit heel het land ervaring opgedaan. Onze dochter Volta Limburg, bijvoorbeeld, verduurzaamde met Zaam Wonen in Stein 400 woningen van label D\/E\/F naar A\/B. In Doetinchem verduurzaamde servicebedrijf GEAS 342 appartementen van label G naar A. Kemkens verduurzaamt woningen bij mutatie. Wanneer de woning beschikbaar komt, wordt een woning volledig gerenoveerd en klaargemaakt voor de toekomst. Zo geven we concreet invulling aan onze ambitie om iedereen stap voor stap mee te nemen in de energietransitie.\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
