Nee, stelt Techniek Nederland bij monde van woordvoerder Dick Reijman. \u201cInstallateurs zijn vaak betrokken in de eindfase van projecten en merken als gevolg daarvan later dan bijvoorbeeld bouwers de eventuele negatieve effecten van de stikstofcrisis. Het kan dus zijn dat de stikstofperikelen de branche op een later moment gaan raken. Dat wil Techniek Nederland voorkomen. Daarom is het essentieel dat de stikstofwet nog voor het kerstreces door de Eerste Kamer wordt aangenomen en zo spoedig mogelijk in werking treedt. Grote nieuwbouw- en infraprojecten moet zo spoedig weer op gang komen of van start gaan.\u201d<\/p>\n

Los van stikstofproblematiek
\n<\/strong>\u201cInstallateurs leveren bovendien veel dienstverlening die los staat van de stikstofproblematiek\u201d, vervolgt Reijman. \u201cVoorbeelden daarvan zijn de vervangingsvraag van technische installaties die aan het einde van de technische levensduur zijn en verduurzaming van bestaande installaties. Daarnaast zorgt beheer en onderhoud van technische systemen voor een constante stroom aan opdrachten.\u201d<\/p>\n

Krenten uit de pap
\n<\/strong>We legden dezelfde vraag voor aan Lino Noya Mahn van Noya Installatietechniek, die dagelijks particulieren aan de lijn krijgt die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare loodgieter of cv-monteur. \u201cInstallateurs hebben het kennelijk zo druk dat ze de krenten uit de pap halen. Dat zie je ook met onderhoudsabonnementen op cv-ketels: ze willen wel eenmalig de ketel schoon maken maar geen onderhoudscontract hebben op een ketel die al acht jaar of ouder is, omdat men dan het risico loopt op storingen en reparaties. Even een nieuwe ketel bij ze kopen en daarbij een servicecontract afsluiten mag natuurlijk wel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Steeds drukker<\/strong>
\n\u201cNoya merkt bovendien dat de aannemers die hij dagelijks spreekt, het nog steeds druk hebben en langdurig vol zitten. \u201cIk krijg het zelf ook steeds drukker, vooral met met cv ketel-vervangingen en -onderhoud. Daarnaast groeit het aandeel ventilatiekanaalreiniging. Blijkbaar hebben steeds meer mensen door dat ventileren nodig is en dat kanaalreiniging daar een belangrijk onderdeel van uitmaakt.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
