Dit heeft uiteraard invloed op de keuzes die worden gemaakt met betrekking tot zorgvastgoed. \u2018Zorgmarkt in Beeld\u2019 van BouwKennis brengt de bouwplannen van ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen in kaart. Hieruit blijkt onder andere dat 19% van de grote zorginstellingen renovatieplannen heeft voor 2015. Onder andere schilderwerk en het plaatsen of vervangen van armaturen en sanitair worden het meest genoemd als klussen voor de komende twee jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen hebben last gehad van veranderend beleid en de aanhoudende laagconjunctuur. Dit had een negatieve invloed op de bouwplannen. Het percentage ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen met nieuwbouwplannen en uitbreidingsplannen ligt in 2014 dan ook duidelijk lager dan in 2012. Dit geldt vooral voor de ziekenhuizen. De plannen voor nieuwbouw in 2015 bevinden zich echter wel weer op een hoger niveau dan in 2014. Alleen bij middelgrote instellingen is een omgekeerde ontwikkeling te zien, het percentage organisaties met nieuwbouwplannen ligt daar voor 2015 juist lager.<\/p>\n<p>Ook voor onderhoud en renovatie geldt dat het percentage instanties met plannen in 2015 hoger ligt dan in 2014. Van de grote zorginstellingen heeft bijna eenvijfde renovatieplannen. Ziekenhuizen tonen voor 2015 hetzelfde percentage. Het percentage middelgrote zorginstellingen met renovatieplannen blijft iets achter.
