\"nen7120\"<\/a>Verwarming en koeling bepalen voor een groot deel de energieprestatie van een gebouw. In de energieprestatienorm voor gebouwen (EPG) staat beschreven hoe je dit aandeel kunt berekenen. De grondslag voor deze norm wordt echter gewijzigd: er komen nieuwe Europese normen voor de bepaling van de energieprestatie van verwarming en koeling. Tot begin maart 2015 kan iedereen commentaar indienen op de voorstellen.<\/p>\n

De energieprestatienorm, NEN 7120, is gebaseerd op Europese normen. Deze Energy Performance of Buildings (EPB) normen worden aangepast om beter aan te sluiten op bijna-energieneutrale gebouwen. Op dit moment zijn de verwarmings- en koelingsnormen voor openbare consultatie gepubliceerd. Hierna zullen de normen voor ventilatie, thermische isolatie en BAC & BM (gebouwautomatisering) volgen voor herziening. Het gaat om alle soorten van verwarming (watergedragen, elektrisch, straling, etc.) en watergedragen koeling.<\/p>\n

De berekening van de energieprestatie start met het vaststellen van de behoefte aan verwarming en koeling. Vervolgens wordt de energiebalans bepaald van emissie, distributie, opslag en de verschillende opwekkers.<\/p>\n

NEN adviseert belanghebbenden om na te gaan of de tabelwaarden in de normvoorstellen voldoende eenvoudig zijn. Kijk ook naar de distributieverliezen. Deze worden berekend met behulp van de leidinglengte en warmteweerstand. De vraag is of dit nodig is. Tot slot is in de nieuwe normen een methode opgenomen met een test die op ‘Gaskeur’ lijkt, maar net wat anders. Ook hier verwacht NEN reacties.<\/p>\n

NEN streeft een open en transparant normalisatieproces na. De betrokkenheid van belanghebbenden, en dus een breed draagvlak, is een van de fundamentele principes van normalisatie. Een belangrijke stap in het ontwikkelingsproces is de openbare commentaarronde, waarbij alle marktpartijen de gelegenheid wordt geboden commentaar te leveren op een normontwerp. De betreffende normontwerpen zijn hier in te zien en te bestellen. Commentaar kan worden ingediend door een e-mail te sturen naar de secretaris van de normcommissie: annet.vanderhorn@nen.nl.<\/p>\n

Vanaf eind december 2014 zijn de normontwerpen ook kosteloos in te zien op www.normontwerpen.nen.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n
