De installatie bleek niet voldoen aan de eisen die aan een goed ontwerp mogen worden gesteld, stelde ISSO dat de inspectie uitvoerde. In de uitzending werd ervoor gepleit de kwaliteitsborging onder te brengen bij de Raad van Accreditatie. Techniek Nederland laat weten hier geen voorstander van te zijn. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De overheid brengt installatiewerkzaamheden onder bij de Raad van Accreditatie als er een veiligheidsrisico is, stelt de brancheorganisatie. \u2018Bij warmtepompen is dit niet het geval. Het onderbrengen van de kwaliteitsborging bij deze raad ligt dan ook niet voor de hand. Het brengt wel kosten met zich mee, maar niet meer zekerheid. Die extra zekerheid kan de overheid de consument w\u00e9l bieden door voorwaarden te verbinden aan de subsidie.\u2019 Wat Techniek Nederland betreft komen consumenten alleen voor subsidie in aanmerking wanneer zij gebruik maken van een erkend of gecertificeerd bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alleen erkende installateurs<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2018Uit het (kleinschalige) onderzoek van Radar blijkt dat er voor de branche werk aan de winkel is\u2019, meldt de brancheorganisatie verder. \u2018Niet ieder installatiebedrijf is een specialist op het gebied van warmtepompen. Voor bedrijven die warmtepompen plaatsen in bestaande woningen bestaat een certificering en een erkenning. Een bedrijf dat over zo'n certificering of erkenning beschikt, controleert na oplevering of de technische systemen goed functioneren. Wij adviseren een warmtepomp uitsluitend te laten installeren door een bedrijf dat is aangesloten bij Techniek Nederland \u00e9n een erkenning of certificering heeft voor warmtepompen.\u2019<br \/>\nLeden van Techniek Nederland zijn verplicht Algemene voorwaarden voor Installatiewerk voor Consumentenwerk te hanteren.
