Het project behelst de verduurzaming van circa 160 panden, in totaal goed voor ongeveer 200.000 m2. Een groot deel daarvan betreft monumentale panden en vraagt om specialistische kennis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uitgangspunt zijn de energielabels van de gebouwen waarvan op dit moment dertig procent groen is.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de hele portefeuille rekenen worden vier scenario\u2019s voor verduurzaming doorgerekend. Van het wettelijk verplichte scenario (kantoren label C in 2023 en verplichte maatregelen met een terugverdientijd van minder dan vijf jaar) tot het volledig energieneutraal maken van alle gebouwen \u2013 de Europese doelstelling voor 2050. Daar tussenin wordt gerekend op basis van verwacht beleid voor 2030 waarin alle gebouwen een energielabel A moeten hebben en de voorbereiding op gasloze gebouwen, aangezien de gaswinning stopt in 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Per scenario wordt een business case van de financi\u00eble impact gemaakt zodat de Nijmeegse raad een gefundeerde beslissing kan maken om ambities op te stellen en de benodigde budgetten vrij te maken.<\/p>\n<p>De uitvoering wordt direct ge\u00efmplementeerd via het meerjarenonderhoudsplan. Een deel van de maatregelen wordt in de komende vijf tot tien jaar toch al genomen als het huidige label niet aan de eisen voldoet.
