Tot het nieuwe bestuur behoren ook Leo \u2019t Jong (voorzitter PR-commissie), Roel de Haan (bestuurslid commissie VLA\/luchtdistributie), Marcel Pullens (voorzitter Commissie Milieu en Techniek) en Eddy Vink (penningmeester).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De komende drie jaar is Erik Barth voorzitter van de Luka. Hij heeft deze taak overgenomen van Dick Visch, die in totaal zes jaar voorzitter van de Luka geweest is. Dick Visch en zijn medebestuursleden kunnen terugkijken op een succesvolle periode, waarin veel zaken gerealiseerd zijn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verdiensten<br \/>\n<\/strong>De doelstellingen van het Strategisch Beleidsplan van 2013 zijn merendeels behaald. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het invoeren van luchtdichtheidsklasse C in 2014. Maar ook de samenwerking met branchevereniging VLA is geconcretiseerd. Ook is het aantal Luka-leden gestaag gegroeid in de afgelopen periode. Tevens is er een nieuwe E-learning cursus voor Luka-monteursopleidingen opgezet. Deze voldoet uitstekend. Verder is er een Luka BIM-bibliotheek opgezet en in 2017 het Luka Kwaliteitshandboek in digitale versie verschenen. Allemaal zaken die branchevereniging Luka en haar leden steeds hoger op de kwaliteitsladder brengen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluatie<br \/>\n<\/strong>De afgelopen drie jaar was Erik Barth voorzitter van de Luka PR-commissie en nu heeft hij de voorzittershamer onder zijn hoede gekregen. Hij wil in eerste instantie niet zoveel veranderen. \u201cWe gaan nu eerst evalueren hoe de huidige status van alle acties is en of er nog verbeterpunten zijn aan te brengen\u201d, aldus Erik Barth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Imago oppoetsen<br \/>\n<\/strong>E\u00e9n van de aandachtspunten van Erik Barth is wel om in de komende jaren het imago van de kanaalbedrijven op te poetsen. In dat kader is het nieuwe lidmaatschap van de Luka van de VNO-NCW een prima vehikel om de belangen van de Luka-leden in de markt een nieuwe impuls te geven. Daarnaast blijft het streven om meer en meer samenwerking te zoeken met andere organisaties en instituties in de markt. Met als doel om het draagvlak voor de Luka belangenbehartiging verder te verbreden. Met betrekking tot de ledenvergadering van de Luka wil Erik Barth in de toekomst wat meer dynamiek en reuring toevoegen.
