Dan wordt duidelijk of de certificeringsregeling voor installatiebedrijven en monteurs er echt komt. In dat geval zou vanaf 2021 het ongediplomeerd sleutelen aan cv-ketels voor bedrijven \u00e9n woningeigenaren strafbaar zijn. Installatiebedrijven zullen op basis van de nieuwe wetgeving hun bedrijfsvoering zo nodig moeten aanpassen en personeel eventueel laten bijscholen om te voldoen aan de eisen. Naar schatting van de installatiesector zelf, hebben tussen de 1.400 en 2.300 monteurs aanvullende scholing nodig.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De roep om een wettelijke basis voor werk aan gasinstallaties komt voort uit het Koolmonoxide-rapport van de Onderzoeksraad voor Veiligheid uit 2015. Die concludeerde dat bestaande kwaliteitsregelingen de veiligheid van woningbezitters niet kon borgen. Belangrijkste struikelblokken zullen de kosten en handhaving zijn, meldt Techniek Nederland op haar site. Zo is de angst dat de regeling te duur gaat worden voor installatiebedrijven. Ook zoeken de instanties nog naar de juiste wijze om effectief te kunnen handhaven. Wel is de verwachting dat er een Tweede Kamer-meerderheid voor de stap is.<\/p>\n<p>Brancheorganisatie Techniek Nederland heeft een dossier in pdf gemaakt over de huidige stand van zaken.
