De orderportefeuilles blijven hiermee op een zeer hoog niveau. In de utiliteitsbouw nam de werkvoorraad in maart met drie tiende maand toe naar 10,2 maanden werk. De orderportefeuille in de woningbouw daalde met twee tiende maand tot 12,1 maanden werk. Voor de b&amp;u als geheel bleef de werkvoorraad gelijk op 11,2 maanden werk. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vier op de tien bouwbedrijven gaven aan stagnatie te ondervinden in onderhanden werk, waarbij problemen in de personeelsvoorziening de belangrijkste oorzaak vormt voor stagnatie. De productie is bij drie op de tien bedrijven in de afgelopen drie maanden toegenomen. Daarnaast beoordeelden bijna vier op de tien bedrijven hun huidige orderpositie als groot en slechts \u00e9\u00e9n op de tien bedrijven beoordeelt dit als klein. Bijna drie op de tien bouwbedrijven verwacht meer personeel aan te nemen in de komende drie maanden. Ruim de helft van de bouwbedrijven verwacht de prijzen in het komende kwartaal te verhogen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit alles blijkt uit de conjunctuurmeting in de bouwnijverheid van april 2019 van het Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw. Deze meting wordt uitgevoerd in opdracht van de Europese Commissie. Aan de conjunctuurmeting verlenen ongeveer 250 hoofdaannemingsbedrijven met meer dan tien personeelsleden hun medewerking<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-23102-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-23102-0-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget panel-first-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><\/div><div id=\"panel-23102-0-1-1\" class=\"so-panel widget panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-23102-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-23102-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-empty\" ><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De orderportefeuille voor de totale bouw is in maart toegenomen met \u00e9\u00e9n tiende maand naar 10 maanden werk.
