Een nieuwe ingangsdatum is nog niet bekend. Aanleiding is dat de BENG rekenpakketten te laat beschikbaar komen. Die zouden zes maanden v\u00f3\u00f3r 1 januari 2020 gereed moeten zijn. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De Lente-akkoord partners hebben tijdens de NTA 8800 Programmaraad van 16 april jl. aan een aanwezige ambtenaar van BZK gevraagd om duidelijkheid te scheppen over de invoering van de BENG-regelgeving. Deze liet weten dat het g\u00e9\u00e9n 1 januari 2020 wordt, maar dat over een nieuwe datum nog niets te zeggen is. De datum zal tenminste 6 maanden voor inwerkingtreding worden gecommuniceerd. Minister Ollongren komt in juni 2019 met een Kamerbrief over de BENG-eisen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inschatting softwarebouwers<br \/>\n<\/strong>Op 2 april 2019 is door de softwarebouwers van UNIEC en Enorm (DGMR Software BV en Earth Energie Advies BV) een persbericht uitgebracht, waaruit duidelijk wordt dat de twee grootste softwarebouwers hun krachten hebben gebundeld. Zij denken dat UNIEC 3, met de NTA 8800 software, pas in het vierde kwartaal van 2019 kan worden gevalideerd en geattesteerd. Op de website van UNIEC 3 staat over de planning: \u2018Hierdoor beschikt u per 1 januari 2020 over perfecte software om uw (Bijna) Energie Neutrale Gebouwen te kunnen berekenen.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>De NTA 8800 is een complexe norm en de planning van de overheid om deze per 1 januari 2020 van kracht te laten worden, heeft geleid tot een grote tijdsdruk op de ontwikkeling van software.
