Doekle Terpstra (voorzitter Techniek Nederland) en Roger Mol (directeur Transacties en Projecten van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf) hebben daarover een overeenkomst getekend op de vakbeurs Building Holland in Amsterdam. De samenwerking richt zich op actuele uitdagingen, zoals de energietransitie, de digitalisering en het tekort aan technici. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samen met het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf werkt Techniek Nederland aan het toekomstbestendig maken van de gebouwen van de Nederlandse overheid. Doekle Terpstra, voorzitter van Techniek Nederland: \u201cGrote thema\u2019s als energie-efficiency en verduurzaming vragen om een fundamenteel andere manier van werken. Het is dus nodig en logisch om de samenwerking structureel te versterken.\u201d Het uitgangspunt van de samenwerking is de Marktvisie. Dat is een initiatief dat in 2016 tot stand kwam. Onder meer Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, Rijkswaterstaat, Bouwend Nederland en Techniek Nederland werken daarin aan een betere en meer effici\u00ebnte benutting van de expertise van alle partners in het bouwproces, van de ontwerpfase tot beheer en onderhoud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energietransitie<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf heeft de grootste vastgoedportefeuille van Nederland. De komende jaren wil de organisatie een belangrijk deel van de gebouwen verduurzamen. Directeur Roger Mol: \u201cWe hebben grote ambities en die kunnen we alleen waarmaken met de inzet van de technische sector. Welke innovaties kunnen we inzetten, welke contractvormen passen daarbij, hoe kunnen we de projecten optimaal aanbesteden? Over die vragen gaan we in gesprek met Techniek Nederland en haar leden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Digitalisering<br \/>\n<\/strong>Techniek Nederland en het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf gaan structureel overleg voeren op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Dat moet leiden tot een betere, praktische samenwerking op het gebied van verduurzaming, innovatie, veiligheid en energiebesparing. Ook als het gaat om digitalisering willen de technische sector en het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf samen optrekken. Zo staan de digitale weergave van het ontwerp en de realisatie van gebouwen (Bouwwerk Informatie Model; BIM) en de toepassing van open standaarden hoog op de agenda van beide organisaties.
