Beide zijn ontwikkeld om zowel jongeren als zij-instromers enthousiast te maken voor dit specialisme. De zij-instromers kunnen zich laten omscholen tot expert in de grootkeukentechniek in een vierdaagse cursus. Daarnaast gaat ROC Midden Nederland grootkeukentechniek als keuzedelen aanbieden bij bestaande BBL-installatietechniek opleidingen voor nieuwe instromers. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het tekort aan goed opgeleide medewerkers is een van de grootste bedreigingen voor de toekomst van de technologische industrie van ons land. Zo vertelt Bart Jasperse (voorzitter NVLG): \u201cZodra er ook maar \u00e9\u00e9n servicemonteur ziek is stopt de gehele business. Dit is enorm lastig schakelen voor iedereen binnen de branche. Ik moedig iedereen binnen de sector met deze reden aan hier verantwoordelijkheid in te nemen.\u201d<br \/>\nHanneke Ackermann (programmamanager Onderwijs en Arbeidsmarkt FME) ondersteunt dit: \u201cDeze opleiding is een schoolvoorbeeld van hoe de samenwerking tussen het onderwijs en bedrijfsleven zou moeten zijn\u201d. Ackermann vertelde tijdens de lancering over het belang van goed opgeleid personeel. Het voortbestaan van de technologische industrie in Nederland hangt voor een groot deel samen met de beschikbaarheid van gekwalificeerde technici. FME maakt zich hier dagelijks hard voor en stimuleert bedrijven en branches om samen te werken met het onderwijs door bijvoorbeeld certificaten en modules aan te bieden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expert in de Grootkeukentechniek<br \/>\n<\/strong>De opleiding \u2018Installeren\u2019 brengt leerlingen in de wereld van apparatuur en installaties voor professionele grootkeukens. Zij maken kennis met het leveren, plaatsen, installeren van specifieke grootkeukenapparatuur bij gebruikers die in totaal miljoenen maaltijden per dag produceren. De opleiding Grootkeukenapparatuur \u2018Onderhoud &amp; Service\u2019 is een vervolg op de installatie opleiding en leert leerlingen alles over het preventief en correctief onderhoud. Met het behalen van het certificaat is een monteur in staat om zelfstandig service te verlenen en storingen van grootkeukenapparaten te verhelpen.
