Deze certificering maakt het mogelijk om namens Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI) WELL-assessments uit te voeren op gezondheidsaspecten in gebouwen. DGMR is daarmee het enige bureau in Europa dat een volledig WELL-traject kan begeleiden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onlangs certificeerde het GBCI de eerste twee WELL Performance Testing Agents van Nederland, Marjon van Harten en Coen van der Graaf. Vanuit DGMR als gecertificeerde organisatie beoordelen ze de prestaties van gebouwen op het gebied van gezondheid. De certificering van DGMR en medewerkers voorziet in de behoefte van opdrachtgevers om snel te kunnen schakelen en een Nederlandse partij als aanspreekpunt te hebben.<\/p>\n<p>De doorlooptijd van het assessment, de zogenoemde WELL Performance Verification, kan nu \u00e9\u00e9n tot anderhalve maand worden ingekort. Partijen die kiezen voor een WELL-certificatie zijn niet meer afhankelijk van assessoren die van ver moeten komen, wat ook in kosten een voordeel kan opleveren voor opdrachtgevers, aldus DGMR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advies tot en met beoordeling<br \/>\n<\/strong>Daarnaast kan DGMR partijen continu\u00efteit bieden. Opdrachtgevers konden al de hulp in roepen van de drie WELL Accredited Professionals van DGMR, waaronder de eerste in Nederland, voor advies en procesbegeleiding.
