Het idee is om gebruikers en woningeigenaren te ontzorgen bij kostenneutrale renovatie. Er komen garanties op stabiele woonlasten tot 30 jaar. Tegelijkertijd wordt een gezond binnenklimaat gewaarborgd. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De ondertekening is de aanzet voor dat werkt conform een eigen ontwikkelde methodiek op basis van prestatiegaranties. Bouwprofessionals kunnen deze als franchise onderneming uitvoeren onder de merknaam DNA\/WNR, ondersteund door een servicebureau. Met het zetten van hun handtekening nemen de leden de uitdaging aan woningeigenaren die renoveren de hoogste waarde te bieden \u00e9n de grootste zekerheid te geven over hun woonlasten.<\/p>\n<p>De energietransitie in Nederland is een enorme opgave: het energieneutraal renoveren van bestaande woningen gaat te langzaam. De techniek vormt geen enkel probleem, want woningen die zijn voorzien van isolatie, zonnepanelen en warmtepanelen hebben geen gas nodig en worden energieneutraal. Het aanpassen van woningen vereist extra financiering. Voor een extra lening moeten bouwpartners de woningeigenaar over de totale prestatie garantie kunnen geven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kostenneutrale renovatie ontzorgen<br \/>\n<\/strong>De leden van DNA in de bouw hebben de intentieverklaring ondertekend omdat zij gebruikers en woningeigenaren willen ontzorgen bij kostenneutrale renovatie. Te vaak zien zij dat de gebruikers na een energieneutrale renovatie achteraf toch een hogere maandlast hebben. In de nabije toekomst gaan zij via het nieuw te ontwikkelen renovatiebedrijf garanties geven op stabiele woonlasten, tot 30 jaar. Tegelijkertijd wordt een gezond binnenklimaat gewaarborgd. DNA\/WNR heeft ook als doel regionale bouwprofessionals te ondersteunen bij het realiseren van deze garanties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Businessmodel met prestatiegaranties en lagere kosten<br \/>\n<\/strong>Door de kennis en de berekeningen vooraf te bundelen en te delen kunnen de aangesloten mkb\u2019ers hun prestaties garanderen en de kosten verlagen. Dit bezorgt de deelnemers sneller een businessmodel, aldus de initiatiefnemers. DNA in de bouw heeft hiervoor al een aantal bijeenkomsten en kennisuitwisselingen georganiseerd. De aangesloten bedrijven zijn enthousiast over deze mogelijkheid en willen zo snel mogelijk een servicebureau starten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Franchisestructuur DNA\/WNR<br \/>\n<\/strong>Architecten, installateurs, adviseurs, aannemers, onderaannemers en andere bouwprofessionals verbinden zich via een franchisestructuur aan de merknaam DNA\/WNR en krijgen toegang tot de ontwikkelde methodiek om woonlastenneutraal te renoveren. Het nog op te richten DNA\/WNR-servicebureau ondersteunt hen daarbij. Draaiboeken, berekeningstools, documenten, formulieren en andere tools optimaliseren de processen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bouwkostenreductie tot 30% re\u00ebel<br \/>\n<\/strong>Volgens de initiatiefnemers zijn zekerheid en lage productiekosten re\u00ebel door nieuwe en slimme bouwconcepten die het aanbod vereenvoudigen. Daarbij vergroot centrale inkoop de efficiency en kostenoptimalisatie. DNA\/WNR streeft naar een kostenreductie van de directe bouwkosten van 12% tot 30%.<\/p>\n<p>De komende maanden starten enkele voorbeeldprojecten, na de zomer krijgt de bedrijfsvorm formeel inhoud.
