De installatiebranche is nu een van de snelst groeiende sectoren van de Nederlandse economie en het einde van de groei is voorlopig nog niet in zicht. Dit meldt het rapport Economische vooruitzichten installatiebranche 2019 en verder. Doekle Terpstra, voorzitter van Uneto-VNI, leverde deze week het eerste exemplaar van het rapport af bij staatssecretaris Mona Keijzer van Economische Zaken en Klimaat.<\/p>\n<p>Staatssecretaris Mona Keijzer noemde de toekomst van de installatiebranche in Nederland veelbelovend: \u201cHet vakgebied wordt breder, digitaler en veelzijdiger. Of het nu gaat om de zorg of om onze energievoorziening, we moeten grote stappen gaan zetten. De installatiebranche is daarbij onmisbaar en neemt in toenemende mate het voortouw.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Installatiequote boven 50%<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het aantrekken van de bouwproductie is gunstig voor de hoeveelheid installatiewerk, maar tegelijkertijd wordt het belang van de branche zelf steeds groter. Installatietechniek heeft een groeiend aandeel in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, infratechniek en industrie. Deze \u2018installatiequote\u2019 neemt al jaren toe en ligt inmiddels in veel gevallen boven de 50%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meer banen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Installatiebedrijven in de utiliteitsbouw kunnen volgend jaar een volumestijging van 4% tegemoetzien en in de infrastructuur groeit het installatievolume zelfs met 6%. Technisch dienstverleners in de woningbouw zien hun marktvolume komend jaar met 3% toenemen. Ook de werkgelegenheid ontwikkelt zich gunstig; tot en met 2023 groeit het aantal banen in de sector jaarlijks met 1,5%. Doekle Terpstra: \u201cDat zijn mooie cijfers, maar het betekent ook een enorme uitdaging. Ons werknemersbestand vergrijst in rap tempo terwijl we er in de sector veel banen bij krijgen. We hebben steeds meer technici nodig met digitale vaardigheden \u00e9n kennis van duurzame technieken voor de energietransitie. Op vmbo- en mbo-niveau, maar in toenemende mate ook op hbo- en wo-niveau.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energietransitie stuwt groei<br \/>\n<\/strong>De installatiebranche is nu een van de snelst groeiende sectoren van de Nederlandse economie en het einde van de groei is voorlopig nog niet in zicht. Dit jaar komt het installatievolume op 20,2 miljard euro, volgend jaar groeit de markt naar ruim 21 miljard euro en in 2023 overschrijdt de omzet de 23 miljard euro. Terpstra: \u201cDe energietransitie is de grootste naoorlogse verbouwing van ons land en brengt veel werk voor installateurs met zich mee.
