\"\"<\/a>Bij nieuwbouw en renovaties van kantoorpanden dienen er vooraf eisen geformuleerd te worden waarop ontwerpers, installateurs en aannemers hun plannen kunnen baseren. Om hen hierbij te ondersteunen heeft het Platform Gezond Binnenklimaat het \u2018PvE Gezonde Kantoren 2018\u2019 laten opstellen. Het rapport werd gisteren overhandigd aan Diederik Samsom, onderhandelaar voor het Nederlandse klimaatakkoord.<\/p>\n

Met het rapport kunnen gebruikers:
\n– bij de start van een project uitgangspunten vastleggen die bepalend zijn bij het (her)ontwerpen van gebouwinstallaties, gevels en andere aspecten die van invloed zijn op het comfort, de gezondheid en de prestaties van de (toekomstige) gebouwgebruikers;
\n– eisen op maat formuleren die als outputparameters opgenomen kunnen worden in bijvoorbeeld contracten, ontwerpdocumenten en bestekstukken;
\n– referenties formuleren voor binnenmilieu-prestaties die gehanteerd kunnen worden bij de uitvoering van controles en oplevermetingen;
\n– concrete prestatie-doelen stellen daar waar het gaat om monitoringstools en beheer- en onderhoudsprotocollen; al dan niet in de context van DBFMO of PPS contracten (contractvormen waarbij m.n. ook het presteren gedurende de gebruiksfase van belang is).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
