Wanneer het ontwerp van een GBS niet bij aanvang al is opgezet voor al deze functies brengt dat later onnodige kosten met zich mee. ISSO brengt hiervoor publicatie 115 uit, waarmee de gebouwbeheerder een richtlijn heeft voor het in kaart brengen van de ontwerpeisen voor een GBS.<\/p>\n<p>De publicatie geeft meer structuur bij het opstellen van deze ontwerpeisen en daarmee meer inzicht in de totstandkoming van deze systemen. Tot op heden waren er nog geen ontwerpspecificaties bekend die vanuit het perspectief van de gebouwbeheerder of -eigenaar naar een gebouwbeheersysteem kijken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instrument<br \/>\n<\/strong>Projectco\u00f6rdinator Arjan Schrauwen van ISSO werkte mee aan de totstandkoming van de ISSO-publicatie. \u201cHet is voor gebouwbeheerders soms lastig om te verwoorden wat zij met het systeem willen\u201d, aldus Schrauwen. \u201cMet de ISSO-publicatie 115 helpen we de beheerders een om de ontwerpeisen voor een gebouwbeheersysteem op transparante wijze te formuleren. Hierdoor is het voor ontwerpers, adviseurs en installateurs ook direct duidelijk wat er van hen wordt verwacht.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inhoud<br \/>\n<\/strong>De ISSO-publicatie 115 beschrijft het doel van een gebouwbeheersysteem, het facilitaire proces, welke vier soorten gebruikers (persona\u2019s) een gebouwbeheersysteem in de meeste situaties heeft en een eisenpakket voor gebouwautomatisering en -beheer. Daarnaast komen in de publicatie ook een quickscan voor de bepaling van het algemene uitrustingsniveau en de specifieke uitwerking op uitrustingsniveau aan bod. De ISSO-publicatie bevat verder een begrippenlijst en een lijst met relevante afkortingen zodat iedereen dezelfde \u2018taal\u2019 spreekt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waaraan moet een GBS voldoen?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Schrauwen ziet de ISSO-publicatie 115 vooral als een \u2018voorzet\u2019 voor gebouwbeheerders zodra zij aan het ontwerp van gebouwbeheersystemen willen werken. \u201cDe publicatie bevat bijvoorbeeld tabellen waarin beheerders kunnen aangeven hoeveel nadruk er ligt op de verschillende onderdelen van het gebouwbeheersysteem. Moet een specifiek onderdeel tot in de puntjes worden uitgewerkt, of is voldoende als het alleen in de basis is afgewerkt? Uiteraard kunnen gebouwbeheerders zelf hun eigen invulling geven aan deze tabellen en werkwijze.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Periodieke update<br \/>\n<\/strong>Schrauwen: \u201cDe ISSO-publicatie 115 werkt met de standaarden en de technieken die er nu zijn, maar standaarden kunnen veranderen en technieken verouderen op den duur. Daarom brengen we periodiek een digitale update uit van deze \u00e9n andere ISSO-publicaties. We werken de publicatie dan bij naar de realiteit van nu.
