Naast kennis en kunde staat motivatie hoog op de lijst (19%). De top drie wordt afgesloten met werkmentaliteit (15%). Representativiteit en veel werkervaring wegen het minst zwaar mee, respectievelijk met 2 en 1 procent. Vorig jaar zag 17 procent van de organisaties in de techniekbranche werving als de grootste uitdaging. Dit jaar is dat gestegen naar 22 procent. De invulling van een technische vacature duurt bij ruim de helft van de organisaties (52%) een maand tot een halfjaar. Bij 2 op de 10 organisaties duurt dit zelfs langer. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dit blijkt uit de ROVC TechBarometer, een onderzoek uitgevoerd door ROVC, partner in trainingen en opleidingen voor technisch Nederland. 969 respondenten uit de techniek geven in het rapport antwoord op vragen over markt-, HR- en opleidingstrends binnen de techniek.<\/p>\n<p>John Huizing, directeur bij ROVC: \u201cHet tekort aan technici is al een aantal jaar aan de gang en wordt alsmaar nijpender. Ik ben positief over het feit dat in het wervingsproces motivatie voor veel organisaties zwaar meeweegt. Natuurlijk is technische kennis een mooie bijkomstigheid, maar het is veel belangrijker dat iemand een passie heeft voor het vak en gemotiveerd is om te leren en ontwikkelen. Kennis en kunde opdoen komt vanzelf wel, op leerwerkplekken bouwen technische medewerkers dit snel genoeg op.
