Het betreft een systeem voor centrale luchtafvoer en hybride luchttoevoer. Het regelt zich volledig automatisch. Wat de bewoner ook doet, de woning blijft goed geventileerd.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Kli-maat\u2019 zorgt voor een constante toevoer van frisse fijnstofvrije lucht in de woning. Een concentrische kanaal voert deze frisse lucht toe. De verwarmde afgevoerde lucht geeft via dit kanaal warmte af aan de frisse toegevoerde lucht. De toegevoerde lucht wordt dus voorverwarmd. Dit voorkomt tochtklachten \u00e9n verlaagt de energiekosten voor het verwarmen van de woning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hybride luchttoevoer<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vraagt de situatie om toevoer van extra lucht, zoals bijvoorbeeld bij het koken, dan wordt decentraal extra lucht toegevoerd in de woning. Dit gebeurt naast de continue toevoer van gezuiverde lucht. Alleen daar waar en wanneer het nodig is. Volledig automatisch, dus zonder tussenkomst van de bewoner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gegarandeerd<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het systeem is volledig automatisch geregeld. Wat de bewoner ook doet, het systeem past zich aan zodat de woning goed geventileerd wordt. Mocht het systeem onverhoopt niet meer optimaal functioneren dan signaleert Breman dit pro-actief door monitoring (analyse op afstand).
