De regeling was sinds februari 2014 geldig voor ventilatie-producten tot 150 m3\/uur. De AEEA betreft het betalen van recyclingbijdrage en de uitbreiding producten met een ventilatiecapaciteit van 150 m3\/uur en hoger. Hiermee wordt er op alle ventilatieproducten een recyclingbijdrage geheven.<\/p>\n<p>Dit heeft voor de branche tot gevolg dat:<br \/>\n\u2022 Alle ventilatie, recirculatie-, luchtfilteringsapparatuur en klimaatscheiding en apparaten voorzien van elektrische componenten, zowel gestekkerd als ongestekkerd, onder deze regeling vallen. De bijdrage geldt dus niet op onderdelen.<br \/>\n\u2022 Per 1 juli door de fabrikant opgave en afdracht gedaan moet worden voor alle ventilatie, recirculatie-, luchtfilteringsapparatuur en klimaatscheiding en apparaten voorzien van elektrische componenten met een volume-debiet van meer dan 150 m3\/uur, ongeacht het toepassingsgebied.<br \/>\n\u2022 Er een een nieuwe productcategorie (gelijk of groter dan 150 m3\/uur) is ingevoerd met een recyclingbijdrage van \u20ac 0,05 per kg met een maximum van \u20ac 47,50 per apparaat.<br \/>\n\u2022 Voor apparatuur onder de 150 m3\/uur is het tarief voor 2018 \u20ac 0,13 per kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>De AEEA-regeling is erop gericht om de hoeveelheid elektronisch afval te verminderen, wat weer bijdraagt aan een beter milieu. De recyclingbijdrage vormt een deel van de verwijderingsbijdrage.
