De belasting op stroom zou juist met meer dan de helft moeten dalen om de aanschaf van elektrische warmtepompen financieel aantrekkelijk te maken. Deze stapsgewijze \u2018verschuiving\u2019 van de energiebelasting wordt vrijwel zeker opgenomen in het Klimaatakkoord, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volkskrant.nl\/nieuws-achtergrond\/wie-niet-van-het-aardgas-af-wil-zal-dit-voelen-in-de-portemonnee-klimaattafel-van-samson-zorgt-voor-forse-stijging-van-aardgasprijzen-~ba2f343f\/\">meldt De Volkskrant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Het Klimaatakkoord is het pakket maatregelen dat moet bewerkstelligen dat de Nederlandse uitstoot van broeikasgassen voor 2030 met 49 procent daalt. Oud-PvdA-leider Diederik Samsom is hiervan de \u2018kartrekker\u2019. Hij laat de koopkracht- en gedragseffecten van de voorgestelde belastingverschuiving nu doorrekenen door het ministerie van Economische Zaken.
