Het zijn de eerste scholen in de provincie waar de schade als gevolg van door gaswinning ontstane aardbevingen is hersteld. In totaal zullen zo\u2019n 70 scholen bouwkundig worden versterkt of herbouwd. V\u00f3\u00f3r 2021 moeten ze aardbevingsbestendig en toekomstbestendig zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De klimaatinstallaties zijn aangebracht door Klimaatgroep Holland. \u201cOpdrachtgever Centrum Veilig Wonen eist dat wij aan hogere eisen voldoen dan het Bouwbesluit\u201d, zegt directeur Harry Vaatstra. \u201cDat betekent dat wij de installaties, met name zwaardere componenten, niet star maar flexibel monteren. Zo voorkomen wij dat ze bij trilling scheuren of breken.\u201d Daarnaast moesten medewerkers een speciale cursus volgen om een veilige werkwijze te garanderen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toekomstbestendig en gasloos<br \/>\n <\/strong>Het klimaatbeheerssysteem dat Klimaatgroep Holland in de scholen toepast, voldoet aan de eisen van toekomstbestendigheid en duurzaamheid. Dit systeem heeft het bedrijf eerder als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klimaatgroepholland.nl\/onderwijs\/uitleg%252525252520klimaatsysteem%252525252520scholen.html\">Scholen\u00baConcept<\/a> specifiek voor scholen ontworpen, wordt zelf geproduceerd en door installateurs toegepast in zowel bestaande gebouwen als nieuwbouw. De integrale oplossing voorziet in ventilatie, verwarming en koeling van elk klaslokaal afzonderlijk door continue meting van onder andere temperatuur en CO2. De vraaggestuurde klimaatbeheersing beperkt het energiegebruik tot een minimum. Daarbij maakt een lucht-warmtepomp de scholen gasloos en, in combinatie met andere maatregelen, energieneutraal. Deze warmtepomp gebruikt enkel hernieuwbare energie. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Om ook in de toekomst een gezond en energiezuinig binnenklimaat te garanderen, zal Klimaatgroep Holland de systemen van beide scholen op afstand monitoren.
