Deze prijs voor het beste ventilatiesysteem voor woningbouw ter wereld is uitgereikt op de Passivhaus beurs in M\u00fcnchen. De Nederlandse innovatie Fresh-r maakte indruk op de jury met zijn combinatie van warmteterugwinning, ventilatie en luchtzuivering. Het bedrijf werkte bij het inzenden nauw samen met het Schotse bureau Collective Architecture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nieuwe Norm<br \/>\n <\/strong>De jury vond de gezamenlijke inzending van Collective Architecture en Fresh-r de meest effectieve manier van ventileren met warmteterugwinning, waar comfort verzekerd is tegen de laagste prijs, zonder dat er energie verloren gaat. \u201cTwee jaar geleden won Fresh-r de tweede prijs, in de categorie energierenovatie voor bestaande woningbouw. Toen was het een noviteit, met een bijzonder smalle maar krachtige warmtewisselaar die in de buitenmuur past. Nu de eerste prijs, in de categorie nieuwbouwwoningen. Omdat wij vinden dat dit de norm voor gelaagde bouw moet worden\u201d, aldus Dr. Wolfgang Feist bij het overhandigen van de prijs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comfort op nummer \u00e9\u00e9n<br \/>\n <\/strong>Je bent als architect meer waard als je ook energie- en onderhoudskosten laat meewegen in je ontwerp. Dat is de visie van het Schotse Collective Archtecture. Rupert Daly, de architect die met Fresh-r het winnende ontwerp maakte, tekent daarbij aan dat het comfort van bewoners altijd op nummer \u00e9\u00e9n moet staan. Dat is ook de visie van het Passiefhuis concept en bijbehorende standaarden. Fresh-r heeft er bovendien een fijnstoffilter aan toegevoegd omdat \u2018ongezond comfort niet meer van deze tijd is\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Passive House<br \/>\n <\/strong>De prijs die Fresh-r heeft gewonnen is uitgegeven door de internationale Passive House Association (iPHA), een wereldwijd netwerk van Passive House stakeholders, waaronder architecten, planners, wetenschappers, leveranciers, fabrikanten, aannemers en projectontwikkelaars. Doel van de organisatie is de Passiefhuisstandaard te promoten en bij een groter publiek begrip voor de betekenis ervan te bevorderen. IPHA stimuleert de uitwisseling van kennis van energieneutraal en communiceert met de media, het grote publiek en het hele scala aan professionals in de bouw.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vraag-gestuurd doorventileren<br \/>\n <\/strong>Fresh-r is niet meer de enige aanbieder van decentrale ventilatie met warmteterugwinning. Aan de prijsvraag deden ook andere aanbieders van decentrale ventilatie met warmteterugwinning mee. Bijzonder aan het ventilatieplan van Fresh-r is de combinatie van een Fresh-r Everywhere en Fresh-r Forwards. De Fresh-r Everywhere zuigt de lucht uit de natte ruimtes op via een afvoerkanaal. De Fresh-r Forwards zijn kamer-naar-kamer-ventilatoren die de lucht doorgeven naar de ruimtes met afvoerkanaal, Vraag-gestuurd. Er wordt dus alleen geventileerd als er CO2 of luchtvochtigheid gemeten wordt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Over Fresh-r<br \/>\n <\/strong>Fresh-r is als een ademend raam. Het maakt gebruik van koper om de warmte van de ene naar de andere luchtstroom over te dragen. Hierdoor zijn veel bredere luchtstromen mogelijk, waardoor er geen drukval in de warmtewisselaar ontstaat. Dus is er minder kracht nodig. Minder ruimte. Minder geluid. Maar meer vraag.
