Daarnaast is er sprake van passieve duurzaamheid. De gebouwen zijn compact uitgevoerd met een beperkte geveloppervlakte. Het energieverlies door de gevel is hierdoor minimaal. Alle duurzame maatregelen bij elkaar hebben geleid tot een gemiddelde GPR-score van 8.3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het nieuwe schoolgebouw is gelegen in het grondwaterbeschermingsgebied van de waterwinning Doorn. Bodemenergiesystemen mogen hier niet worden toegepast. Gekozen is daarom voor een luchtwarmtepomp op het dak, de energie uit de buitenlucht omzet in warmte voor binnen. Dit maakte een gasaansluiting overbodig. Met de warmtepomp kan eenvoudig het klimaat per lokaal worden aangepast. En is het in het ene deel van de school warm (zuidkant) dan kan hier warmte worden onttrokken voor het verwarmen van de koudere deel (noordkant).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waterafvoer<br \/>\n <\/strong>Vanwege de landelijke omgeving waarin de school staat is er gekozen om een wadi (Water Afvoer Drainage Infiltratie) met een onderliggend grindpakket te maken voor het schoolgebouw. De wadi functioneert in combinatie met de voor het schoolgebouw gelegen vijver. Zowel het dak- als verhard oppervlak komen hierop uit. Dit is duurzaam en vergt een relatief lage investering. Het regenwater wordt zichtbaar naar de wadi afgevoerd en daar ook zichtbaar ge\u00efnfiltreerd. De bergingsfunctie zorgt voor piekafvlakking, de bodempassage zorgt voor de filtering van het aangeboden water en een eventuele drain onder de bodem van de wadi zorgt voor de regulering van de grondwaterstand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zonnepanelen<br \/>\n <\/strong>Op het gebouwencomplex zijn in totaal 462 PV-panelen geplaatst. Dit heeft onder ander geleid tot een EPC van 0,66. Dit is meer dan 30% lager dan de gestelde eis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verlichting<br \/>\n <\/strong>De verlichting bestaat uit dynamische led-verlichting. Ze gaan gemiddeld vijf tot tien keer langer mee dan de T5- en PL-verlichting. Minimaal 100.000 uur bij gebruik van daglichtsturing. Verder heeft deze verlichting een serene, niet flikkerende uitstraling. Het licht wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld bij de afwezigheid van mensen, maar moet handmatig aangeschakeld worden. Dit om de bewustwording van de gebruikers te vergroten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BIM<br \/>\n <\/strong>Bij het ontwerp voor het Revius Lyceum is er door alle adviseurs (architect, constructeur en installatieadviseur) samen gewerkt in BIM. Deze methodiek heeft de partijen in staat gesteld om een complex en divers gebouw gestroomlijnd, en met veel input van opdrachtgevers en gebruikers, te realiseren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In het nieuwe Revius Lyceum in Doorn zijn veel duurzame technieken toegepast.
