Aanleiding hiervoor is het koolmonoxide-rapport van de Onderzoeksraad voor de Veiligheid van november 2015. Hieruit bleek dat de huidige erkenningsregelingen burgers niet de veiligheid geven die ze mogen verwachten. Uneto-VNI heeft de hoofdlijnen van het wetsvoorstel nu op een rij gezet op haar website.<\/p>\n<p>Uneto-VNI is in grote lijnen positief over het voorstel voor een wettelijke certificeringsregeling voor werkzaamheden aan gasverbrandingsinstallaties. De regeling zorgt voor een hoger kwaliteitsniveau, zegt de branchevereniging, waardoor het aantal koolmonoxideongevallen kan worden teruggedrongen. \u2018Het is goed dat \u00e1lle bedrijven en werknemers die gasverbrandingsinstallaties plaatsen en onderhouden straks aan dezelfde eisen moeten voldoen.
